That's easy. The team camaraderie. I have been a part of a team my whole life, whether that is work or play, and I felt that team mentality the moment I started communicating with this Edrington Team! I played soccer competitively, finishing my career at the Division I level as an Illinois State Redbird. I truly believe that teamwork is fundamental to success. Right away, I could tell the Edrington Team shared the same values regarding a hardworking team atmosphere, making my decision to join an easy one!
