Chelsea is originally from Northern California and moved to Chattanooga in 2013 after what was supposed to be a short visit turned into six years and counting. Chelsea has been a fan of the area's natural beauty and the atmosphere since day one. Her background prior to jumping into the real estate profession was in hotel operations where she gained experience in all departments. Before becoming an agent she was a residential real estate transaction manager who oversaw the contracting process for two teams of agents. Chelsea has managed hundreds of transactions for as many as thirty agents between Chattanooga and Nashville, which gives her the ability to provide a unique perspective in contracting and negotiations. Chelsea can work with buyers and sellers, and she has experience with builders as well.
